Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray Joel has been a singer, songwriter and musician from America. She is the daughter of singer-songwriter Billy Joel and model Christie Brinkley. Joel is an New York native who has followed in her parents' passion for music and fashion. At the age of 13, she formed a band and performed her first live show at Maxwell's Hoboken New Jersey. Within a few short years, she was one of the top stars in the current music business. Joel released her first extended play Sketches in the year 2006. Released through Audio Bee record label the EP helped her to find an established footing in the business. Her subsequent releases include a variety of singles and performed at multiple live events. Joel was first involved in fashion when she was young. Joel has performed as a vocalist at several fashion shows. In the BELLA Beauty issue of the year featured her on its cover. In December 2009, she was hospitalized for taking too much Traumeel. After having recovered completely she had no plans to take suicide.
